Why this format

04 · MEASUREMENT & NEXT STEPS

What we will track

Website

Google Analytics 4: visits, traffic sources and every click on "Register" (register_click, by button). Google Search Console: searches and clicks from Google.

Email + SMS

Opens and clicks per send; unsubscribes and bounces to keep the list clean.

Instagram

Reach, saves, shares and new followers per post; tags from clubs and families.

Registrations

Weekly count of registered teams by division, shared by the organization.

What works

Each month, more of what brings registrations and less of what does not.

Weekly update

A short summary of all channels, every week.

To keep moving, we need from the organization

  1. Final registration deadline for 2027, to set the countdown emails, texts and posts.
  2. Names of clubs as they register, for the "Welcome" posts and the "clubs are in" emails.
  3. Hotel information for 2027, when available, to add it back to the website and emails.
  4. The schedule release date and photo/video coverage plan for the tournament weekend.
